Last year would have been the new codex. Was it two years ago?

No, I think Kev is saying Kilean won 'Ard Boyz the year the White Dwarf Blood Angels codex came out.

Ah. . .I read "that" as "last". And yeah, Kilean did have a ton of Dreads. And you could min/max your units to get a ton of "free" Death Company. That was the irritating thing -- Death Company were "free". You received one for each unit of Blood Angels you fielded. But every unit was 30 points more expensive (except for Termiantors).

I know WD has different army lists and stuff like that but never realized they did a codex! That's crazy! Have they done that before or was the BA one the only time? Also would they do the codex in WD if rumor has it, plan on releasing a CSM vs Sisters box?

White Dwarf used to publish a lot of alternate lists. Necrons first saw light of day in there, Kroot Mercenaries, Armoured Company and Feral Orks. There are probably more than that, I'm sure there was some Armageddon Stuff. Wasn't Kult of Speed a WD codex, or was that just Armageddon as well?

Looks like the WD codex is official. As well as some updates for Vampire counts.

Also warseer is lit up with new rumors of the Sisters book. At 5 models per box, I assume they will be getting away from any possibility of a swarm army.

At 5 models per box, they can still make it a swarm army with a higher cost :)

Well if they are 29-33 per box of 5 youd be looking at $120.00 or so for a single troop choice.
