If it is what Dez says it is can it evan be feilded? I have never seen offical stats for one thus it would be VDRed and hence not allowed.

I don't believe there are official rules for the Gargant, but it could easily be used as a Stompa.

Ahh that's right, I believe Gargants are VDR. I checked my FW books and don't see them, but I'm also missing one. Probably the one with Gargants in it :)

I dig how in a setting where giant, muscled fungus men ride Mad Max cars and use their own teeth as currency, the concept of little engineering dudes with beards was considered a step too far down the aisle of silliness.

I know it's not in Imperial Armor: Apocalypse. It would make sense for FW not to have rules for it, as I'm pretty sure they don't have a model for it.

Bell of lost souls printed rules for 4 different gargants over the last few years, this one falls in the great gargant catagory

here is the place where you can find rules for two of them
http://www.box.net/shared/diel1ercms

it would be up to whoever wants to use the thing to argue the case, and figure out what kind of gargant it wants to count as, it's a bit big for a slasha, but it doesn't have a belly gun (though you could just count one of the other guns), if these rules are not allowed, someone can still use it as a custom stompa, though it's head is almost the size of a normal stompa.

i would request some help in painting it though, it's moronically large, and needs to get finished before i can even start the next round of glueing (and then more paint and final details), if no one wants it, i'll save it up for battle for the shrine or something.

GW has some formation datasheets available at the below URL. It isn't the exhaustive list from the books but there are many choices for each race.

I will bring my Apocalypse and Apocalypse Reload books to the next couple of Wed. night games if anyone wants to thumb through them for ideas.
