This is the unfortunate part that has to be included. This campaign is 100% geared towards having fun. We really want people to get into the campaign, start some rivalries, have some epic battles, and have the battles count towards something. But in the end, all that the winners of the campaign will get are bragging rights. So as you're finding your opponents and playing your games, remember that it's all in good fun, and nothing's truly on the line. Don't feel pressured to play against someone you don't really get along with, just because you haven't played them yet. Playing the same few opponents over and over again is perfectly fine, as long as you're having fun. While creating new and exciting scenarios can be a lot of fun, it can also be a major headache and lead straight to an argument if it's someone you don't know well and trust.

Be warned that agents of the Commissariat will be out and about. Anyone found cheating, playing dishonestly or generally being a git will be asked to leave the campaign. This doesn't mean you can't form a solid list and pound your enemies to dust, but things like bending or breaking the rules, playing the rules lawyer and finding loopholes will not be tolerated, especially during the larger events. During said events, the Event Organizer's word is Law, and all decisions will be made as fairly as possible, and in the best interests of the overall group, not individuals. Arguing or whining because a call didn't go your way is a good step towards finding yourself out of the campaign.

I certainly hope it doesn't come to that. We have a great community and a lot of great players. That doesn't mean I won't throw on the Commissar cap and perform some summary executions. Just don't forget in the heat of battle that you're throwing dice and pushing around little plastic men, and at the end of the day having fun is all that matters.
