Pretty sweet stuff for August

Postby Inquisitor Wall » Mon Jul 11, 2011 9:15 pm

I swear August is the best month of the year for all things nonGW. Im sure it has something to do with Gen Con. Anyway Spartan games posted their releases for August. Check them out here:

I'm thinking of going to Gencon next year, so if anyone is interested....

I really like the Squid, and I think I'll have to get it ;)

Antarctica looks like Star Wars Star Destroyers. Might have to get an intro to this game as I think I found my "race".
Lion El’ Johnson – This one is an oldie but a goodie. Turns out he was a poet from the Victorian era who wrote a poem called ‘The Dark Angel’. He also was rumored to have quite the secret for those times.

I think that every year, and then I think how much more cool stuff I can buy from the comfort of my own home by not paying for travel expenses or hotels. It is supposed to be really fun though.

Yeah, I constantly hear from people about how I "have to go to Gen Con". Though I do hear from everyone who has gone that it blows Games Day out of the water. You're not there to buy stuff you know is coming out, you're there to get special deals on things you didn't know existed.
