Chaos Marines have always been up to twenty models. I don't think the Fiends will really be that big a deal. They're basically dreadnoughts with a bit more endurance. On average they can take one more glancing/penetrating hit before they're wrecked, and the likelihood of them surviving long enough with Armor 12 to make an It Will Not Die roll is pretty low. Don't get me wrong, they're pretty cool and have a host of special rules to make them a serious threat, but they're not going to be a game-ender. They're damage output is too low. The Forgefiend fires eight shots at BS3. The Maulerfiend has three attacks in close combat. The Deamonforge special rule will make for one great turn, but other than that you have an under-powered Dreadknight.
